General Furniture Care |
|
| |
| |
Furniture will last longer with proper care. Furniture should always be kept out of exposure to direct sunlight. It is also important to keep furniture away from direct heat sources, (such as heater vents, wall heaters, etc.) Air conditioners and swamp coolers greatly affect the humidity, and in turn have an effect on furniture. Be careful not to overload drawers or glass shelves. |

Care of Upholstered Goods |
|
| |
| |
Seat cushion covers must not be removed. The zippers are for ease of manufacture only. Cushions should be rotated weekly for maximum wear, best appearance, and to maintain warranty. Vacuum or brush fabrics lightly at least once a week. Protect furniture from direct sunlight. For Maximum serviceability we recommend the Evans applied fabric protection. |

Leather Furniture |
|
| |
| |
Leather is a unique and natural product and will therefore bear the marks or fingerprints of nature. Trial marks (scars, barbed wire scratches, etc.) are the signs of quality top grain leather and are not considered defects. |

Care of Matresses and Bedding |
|
| |
| |
Mattresses must be rotated regularly. End for end one time, and side to side the next to maximize comfort, maintain your warranty obligations, and extend the life expectancy of the product. Body depressions are normal for all mattresses with soft top padding, and are minimized by regular rotation. |

Care of Leather |
|
| |
| |
Leather should be cleaned regularly with a soft damp cloth. Never use solvents or saddle soap on leather. Body oils or perspiration left on leather can cause staining, drying out, cracking and/or peeling. |
