 Layaways

 
 
 

With a 25% deposit Evans’ will hold your order up to 90 days. Any merchandise held at your request longer than 7 days is considered a layaway an is not subject to cancellation. The balance is due upon receipt of the merchandise or equal monthly payments.  A storage fee of $15 a week will be charged for any merchandise held over 90 days.

 
 
 

 Special Orders

 
 
 

You may order merchandise we do not carry or have in warehouse stock.  Since this merchandise is ordered or reserved specifically for you, cancellations cannot be  accepted.  A 50%-100% non-refundable deposit is required on all special orders.  (Orders for parts or customer products require a 100% nonrefundable deposit).

Delivery time quoted is approximate and based on our experience with the manufacturer.  It is not a commitment or guarantee on our part.  Quoted times are  usually liberal and often orders arrive ahead of schedule.  However, delays do occur occasionally due to busy seasons, production delays, transportation delays, or shortage of materials. These delays are unpredictable and every effort is made to reduce the delay as much as possible.

 
 
 

 Warranty Information

 
 
 

 Evans’ warrants to the original purchaser that any product purchased from Evans’ will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of receipt by the customer

 
 
 

 Warranty Applies when:

 
 
 

The item does not have a manufacturer’s written warranty.

The Manufacturers written warranty is for a period of less than one year.  In this case, Evans’ warranty will begin at the expiration of the manufacturers warranty and end one year from the receipt by the customer.

 
 
 

 Warranty Does Not Apply when:

 
 
 

The manufacturer has a written warranty which is longer than one year.

Any claim is the result of negligence, misuse, alteration. improper cleaning or care, accidents or normal wear.

The product has been moved from the address on original invoice, or has been repaired by purchaser or anyone else other than Evans’ or their authorized representative.

The claims concerns wearing qualities, colorfastness, fading, shrinkage or wrinkling of upholstery fabrics.

The product is purchased for commercial use.

The item is specifically excluded from warranty. Items marked AS IS or USED.

 
 
 

 To Make A Claim:

 
 
 

In the event of a claim against the product or warranty service, you must immediately notify Evans’. Claims must be reported within one year of your receipt of the merchandise. You must have your original sales invoice to make a claim under this warranty. Send claims to:

When it is necessary to return an item for warranty service, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide transportation of that item to and from Evans’.

 Evans’ in its sole discretion, will determine the cause and nature of the defect, the necessity and manner of repair or replacement, and all other matters pertaining to the condition of the product.  The warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
