Warranty/Policies
Evans' warranties the merchandise you purchase from us will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to you as the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Unfortunately, we cannot warranty any furniture used in a commercial environment. In any instance, the manufacturers original warranty supercedes Evans' stated warranty.
Warranties do not cover the following: Normal wear, fading caused by sunlight, fabric shrinkage, damage caused by misuse or abuse, accidents, variations in color or grain of wood in wood products, manufacturer distressing of wood finishes, natural leather scuffs or scars.
Evans' also offers Comprehensive protection plans for the wood, leather and/or fabric furniture you purchase. At a small additional charge, you can rest assured your furniture has the Evans' promise that any accidental damage will be fixed, repaired or ultimately replaced by us, if it occurs within the first 5 years from the purchase date.
